This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. Dear Mews Customers,
I have a fresh update from our development.
Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)
If you wish to start using some of the new bookable services, please, reach out to your Customer success representative or follow this step-by-step guide https://help.mews.com/s/article/create-new-bookable-services.

An error occurred while saving the comment Luigi Orsini commentedAlso with Booking.com bookings more rates with different policies are possible, like Fully Flex and Nonrefundable in one room-reservation. At this moment this results in MEWS in 1 reservation with 1 rate type (the rate of the first night at Booking.com) for the whole reservation.

It should also be possible for the guest to set the do not disturb status each day and maybe we also should be able to make a promotion that the guest gets some kind of discount or drink/snack when the do not disturb is selected.
