    There is no choice at all. The guests cannot select a language. Just a nationality which is something very different.

    Or specific rate of course... a breakfast included rate should not propose the product "breakfast".

    Indeed, the proforma code given by the proforma counter is not searchable. When our guests use it as payment reference, our accounting department is not able to find it back in the system. And they often cannot find it back using the name of the company as, very often, the guest is not the one who pays...

    Proforma used to have counters. (Not anymore but it is probably a bug in belgium). We need to be able to seach via the number we receive.

    Hi there Mewsers!

    You’ve asked and we’ve listened.

    We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.

    Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.

    Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.

    We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.

    And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.

    We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

    We've made some exciting progress in how we're thinking about introducing multiple rates within a single reservation, and we need your help!

    We’d love to understand your expectations regarding the behavior around rate mixing. Right now, we’re especially looking for insights from two key roles:

    • Reservation managers / front desk staff who handle reservations daily
    • Revenue managers
