We've made some exciting progress in how we're thinking about introducing multiple rates within a single reservation, and we need your help!
We’d love to understand your expectations regarding the behavior around rate mixing. Right now, we’re especially looking for insights from two key roles:
- Reservation managers / front desk staff who handle reservations daily

In environments that have to report nightly person count to authorities, it would be preferable even to be able to set up spaces with a 0 capacity so one can make a 0 person booking in that service (parking is mostly overnight, not hourly).

I'd add an OCR function to scan all the handwritten notes staff make on whatever piece of paper they can quickly grab. And an automatic alert 10 mins before shift end to ask "anything you should pass on to next shift/next day's shift?". And a programmable resurfacing for older messages that may be important in 2 weeks from now. Actually, I'd suggest to build on the existing internal messages function to create a 21st century AI style "log book" (aka shift handover or simply "the bible"). Hi everyone, we know this idea was logged a long time ago and we thank you for the feedback and ideas about how to improve the system. We do keep an eye on these requests and how they're progressing and we recognise we have room to improve in terms of providing feedback.
This idea has become a large group of different requests, so I want to clarify the intention and progress related to this. Please do reply and comment as necessary.
We have previously made progress towards a big part of the original intent of this idea by introducing a 'Check in form' configuration in Mews Operations. You can find more details on this in our help guides here. We are not yet marking this as complete until we deliver some further enhancements to which guests the data can be configured for. We plan to share more on this…

Second that! AI search might also help – the issue is often that the poster uses their very own wording which may or may not correspond to the exact technical terms another would use when searching. Some very good input seems to get overlooked.
