This is something we are very interested as well. We want to our hotels to encourage kiosk usage but it is reliant on that they can track their own progress.

Would love a waiting list functionality to increase occupancy when receiving cancellations on a fully booked date.
The most ideal would be if either front desk gets notification or if an automatic mail goes to the guest where they can accept or decline the reservation.

We have the minibar products set up i Mews and would also like them to be available for guest to add themselves at checkout without the need to go to the front office. This is quite an issue in many of our hotels offering minibar.
