send guest messages
At the moment, you cannot send a message or email from Mews to your guests.
This functionality needs to be implemented ASAP. I really expect this functionality from Mews. There should be an easy way to send out a message to all inhouse guest at onec for example.

Feature Request: Staff-Initiated Guest Messaging
Currently, Mews only allows staff to send messages if the guest has already started the conversation.
It would be very useful if hotel staff could initiate a new message thread directly from a reservation or guest profile. This would allow us to proactively contact guests with simple questions, such as asking for their estimated arrival time, sharing check-in information, or confirming special requests.
This feature would improve guest communication, enhance the guest experience, and reduce the need to use external communication channels.

As it is now it is only possible to send new messages to internal users. We would like it to be possible with guests as well.
Meaning that we will be able to send messages to guests without them having done the online checkin or messaged us first.

Thsi function has to be implemented ASAP, i would expect this to be in Mews really. Example you need to inform all inhouse guest of an important issue you should be able to send one message to all or some as you wish in a few easy steps. -

Start a new conversation with a guest. Now we can only receive messages from guests and reply when they started the conversation but not the other way around.

It would be great if we could send a message to a group of guests staying/arriving on a certain period (for example to invite to some events or inform about ongoing maintenance).
Maybe this feature could be added to calendar events (we create the event and have an option to send a message/invitation to all guests wihtin that period). -

I am looking to use the Mews system to write messages to guests using the email addresses of guests that are logged in to the Mews system. Although I have Admin Rights I can't set up messaging to individual guests. Wanted to do this to communicate around cancellation arrangements for example which is something of a major current task.
