Feature Request: Staff-Initiated Guest Messaging
Currently, Mews only allows staff to send messages if the guest has already started the conversation.
It would be very useful if hotel staff could initiate a new message thread directly from a reservation or guest profile. This would allow us to proactively contact guests with simple questions, such as asking for their estimated arrival time, sharing check-in information, or confirming special requests.
This feature would improve guest communication, enhance the guest experience, and reduce the need to use external communication channels.
