Would be very handy if on the product settings we could decide which department would be assigned the task when the product is added.
For example some products are added and a task should be created for housekeeping, others for the front office team.
Also to set when the task generates, when product is added or on the consumption date.

We currently need to use 'other' as the payment request reason very often, it would be good to have more reasons to select and would be create to customize these ourselves on an admin level.

Yes, it is common that we need more information regarding the note made and this is difficult when we do not know who left the notes.

Yes! This is a huge frustration that happens all the time, especially if a ticket has been open for several months and you need to search for your original email to get the examples again.
