This is also critical for our company (EVT) - another example to provide but in line with others comments below, would be the ability to restrict products e.g addons during the online or kiosks check-in, for certain spaces category only

The settings manually added to the demo site (those N/A on the excel workbook) don't replicate onto the production environment - Hence, all need to be re-entered manually which is time consuming and essentially completely doubling up. When production environment is released, it would be great that all settings pre setup on the Demo site are replicated

At the moment, only the "superior emloyee" on the Employee section in the PMS can see everyone else, which makes no sense, even an employee with Admin rights, cannot see any other employees than the ones 'under' himself/herself.
Anyone with Admin rights should be able to access all employees who have access on the PMS. This is critical for audit purpose, ensuring all staffs have the correct privileges assigned, 2FA enabled etc. There is no reason why just the one employee should be able to see everyone else, we can't rely on that, everyone with Admin rights should have the same level of access.laura_villate

There already are multiple tickets in this forum around the need to have the ability to pull an employee report, which also would need to outline the employees privileges. This should be a given.
In addition to this, an active user report would also help to mitigate the potential risk for misuse of terminated staff accounts. Outlining the employee's last login would help with this.
The report would also need to outline whether employees have 2FA enabled or not.
Having all info available within the one report would be the best outcome:
-List of employees who have access to the PMS
-Their privileges in the PMS
-Their last login

Agreed with this idea and all related comments below.
A similar case for our company (EVT) who has some hostels. Just as one of a random example, we wish to offer guests the possibility to hire towels, when staying in PODS however this is already included in Ensuite Rooms. Having this add-on enabled is therefore creating some confusion as the product appears for ALL reservations. Hence we had to turn this off, along with others products - due to the same logic - and are missing on some great opportunities to generate revenue because of this.
