At the moment, only the "superior emloyee" on the Employee section in the PMS can see everyone else, which makes no sense, even an employee with Admin rights, cannot see any other employees than the ones 'under' himself/herself.
Anyone with Admin rights should be able to access all employees who have access on the PMS. This is critical for audit purpose, ensuring all staffs have the correct privileges assigned, 2FA enabled etc. There is no reason why just the one employee should be able to see everyone else, we can't rely on that, everyone with Admin rights should have the same level of access.
