It would be much easier for guests to look for availability if there was an availability calendar. Now the guest need to know a date before they can check availability which can cause a lost booking if we do not have rooms on the requested dates.

It would be much easier to ba able to remove a restriction from a specific date. When I want te open one date I have to amend the entire restriction for multiple rate types which is a lot of work.
Example: I have a 2 night restriction on friday and saturday but one of my room types has a gap so I want to open this specific room type for one night. Now in Mews you have to make a seperate restriction for all room types that should have the 2 night restriction which is a lot of work if you have several dates to remove the restriction for one room only.

Would be great if you can set the release date to a sertain amount of nights before the event/booking date

We delivered customization of all emails which Mews send to guests.
We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately

I cannot understand why this is not already taken care of. You cannot send the exact same text to guests from all types of hotels.

We send a lot of payment requests and we have to insert the amount every time. It should be much easier if the default amount is noted and is case of change it can be adjusted.

This is a very important point, we really cannot work like this. It is confusing for the team. Als de empty rooms are assigned which is very confising as well.

A lot of our guests do not have a credit card so we do not have the online check in active at the moment which is a pitty because we can get much more guest information and upsell possibilities in de online check in which we are now missing because of the credit card guarantee. Please let hotels be able to dicide for themselfs if they require a credit card for guarantee.
