An error occurred while saving the comment Sijtske commentedA lot of our guests do not have a credit card so we do not have the online check in active at the moment which is a pitty because we can get much more guest information and upsell possibilities in de online check in which we are now missing because of the credit card guarantee. Please let hotels be able to dicide for themselfs if they require a credit card for guarantee.

Review of Mews Search starting and in exploration phase
Sijtske supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Sijtske commentedIt would be much easier for guests to look for availability if there was an availability calendar. Now the guest need to know a date before they can check availability which can cause a lost booking if we do not have rooms on the requested dates.

Hey Mewsers, Good News! We started working on your feature request and the option to Split Restrictions will be ready soon.
Remember, keep up to date with our releases by checking out our release notes - https://releases.mews.com/en.An error occurred while saving the comment Sijtske commentedIt would be much easier to ba able to remove a restriction from a specific date. When I want te open one date I have to amend the entire restriction for multiple rate types which is a lot of work.
Example: I have a 2 night restriction on friday and saturday but one of my room types has a gap so I want to open this specific room type for one night. Now in Mews you have to make a seperate restriction for all room types that should have the 2 night restriction which is a lot of work if you have several dates to remove the restriction for one room only.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sijtske commentedWe send a lot of payment requests and we have to insert the amount every time. It should be much easier if the default amount is noted and is case of change it can be adjusted.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sijtske commentedThis is a very important point, we really cannot work like this. It is confusing for the team. Als de empty rooms are assigned which is very confising as well.

To be able to see the amount of stays when it is a returning guest, on the dashboard or short detail in the timeline or even in a report.
It also seems that if a guest had booked and cancelled a reservation and rebook they are marked as a returning guest, which they are not.
