    Ability for custom guest apps to add and update customer photos via Connector API. It should be possible to add a base64 image to a customer profile via customer add / update Connector API endpoint

  6. Export Customer profiles by company

    It would be very useful if we were able to export to Excel the customer profiles (filtered by company name). The goal is to have a clean data base for emailing segmentation.

    We can add the company in the profile but there is no use behind this.

  7. Map & send inventory for 2 codes mapped to the same room

    This would allow to connect the same space category in Mews to several space categories in a channel manager extranet.

  13. Change text in the Distributor widget comparing our prices with booking.com / expedia / hotels.com

    In our MEWS Distributor we have a widget comparing our prices with booking.com / expedia / hotels.com: "Book online, get more"
    I would like to be able to change this text. I would like to change it into "Book online, pay less" and change "prices" in "rates"

  15. Zapier: "Add action to close same-day bookings"

    Hi there, Mews Team!

    Laurie here, reaching out from Zapier Support. One or more of our mutual customers has requested a new feature in your app.

    Specifically, they'd like to see an action that would let them close bookings at a specified time every day.

    An example use case for this would be to ensure same-day bookings aren't made after a certain time of day.

    I don't see this available in the API at this time:

    But if this is, or would be, possible, we'd love to hear it!

  16. Change access and client token names to clearer-sounding ones

    "Access token," and "Client token" sound confusing to me.

    I propose changing these names to "Specific token" and "Global token" respectively.

  17. Get All Accounting Items: doesn't have a Service ID filter like Get All Reservations does

    Get All Accounting Items: doesn't have a Service ID filter like Get All Reservations does. Once Spacetime launches: as we are filtering Reservations to show only the Accommodation/Stay bookings, we also want to only receive the Accommodation/Stay accounting items. As a single Accounting Category ID can be shared amongst multiple services, if we can't filter by Service Id we may end up including postings in Accommodation reporting that shouldn't be included.

  19. Batch update reservation customer

    Currently the [PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateCustomer endpoint only accepts a single ReservationId

    If it could accept an array of ReservationIds this would allow us to perform batch updates of customers on a selection of reservations in a single API request as opposed to many repeated requests.

  20. Key cutter mapping - current way is time consuming

    Currently, a user who is setting up the key cutter will need to manually map individual spaces if their space numbering format is different from that in their key cutter software.

    This can be very manual and error prone as it involves several clicks and manual typing in of door lock numbers in the key cutter software into Mews. This cannot be done in batch currently.

    One suggestion would be to have a downloadable excel file with all space numbers in Mews, the user then downloads the file adds the corresponding door lock ids from their key cutter system. Then…
