Telefoon/adressenboek voor personeel
Wij hebben in het verleden met een systeem gewerkt waarbij de mogelijkheid was om gebruik te maken van een telefoonboek waar alle gegevens van het personeel in stond. Wij vonden het zeer prettig om hier mee te werken. Wellicht is het een idee om een soort rapport te maken waarin je de naam, adresgegevens en telefoonnummer in **** noteren. Dit zou je bijvoorbeeld kunnen plaatsen bij het kopje 'profielen'.

Distribution via facebook messenger (which will be merged into instagram messenger soon). Give guests the option to check availability and book a room via Facebook messenger.

Modify restrictions via the Connector API.
Our integration both can add and delete restrictions via the Connector API, however there is not the ability to modify or update the restriction. This can currently only be done inside Mews Commander.

Channel: mapping once products
It should be possible to map products to the channel, which are charged once per person and once per stay. Otherwise we are not able to sell our packages online, which include like one massage per guest during the stay.

Create/Edit Vouchers/Coucher Codes via API
Adding functionatlity to create/edit vouchers and their codes would be useful for a number of use cases.
Firstly in my opinion the Mews process for creating this is a little clunky, especially if you want to track the usage of each VC as it needs to be it's own Voucher, there's no way to track the codes within that voucher.
Therefore lets say you have a staff friends & family rate, and you want the voucher code to be the employee name so you can track usage and abuse of the incentive.

Connector API: Query all accounting items with date filter as date created/updated.
Currently accounting items can only be queried by date closed or date consumed. As revenue management systems want to be able to see charges before they are closed, and as consumption dates can essentially be set any time in the past or future, this makes regular scraping of this API call impractical. The call should also allow for setting the time filter as the date the item was created or updated, like with the reservations, so that regular frequent scraping can be performed properly.

Clicking the 'X' in Channel Manager Mappings
When you are in a channel manager rate in the channel manager mappings and you click the 'X' in the top left it puts you back to the main channel manager settings page rather than the list of channel manager rates.
When you're trying to delete a space category you need to unmap it from the channel manager rates first, if you have a lot of rates this becomes very time consuming when it's putting you back to the main page each time.
Generally this could be made easier with an "unmap from all rates" button

Allow to map rate groups in the channel manager (SynXis).
I would like to ask you to make the possibility to map from SynXis group rates. In SynXis there are standard rates and groups. If I create group in the SynXis with a group rate for specific terms and conditions, the rate should be linked to groups and not to specific rates. Therefore I am aksing if it is possible for PMS MEWS to create following message for mapping this group rate:
Currently the type of message request is the same as the response, in this case OTAHotelRatePlanNotifRS which is directly linked to rates specifically which is incorrect.

Connector API: Add an AssignedSpaceCategoryID element to the Reservations extent.
Currently, you have BookedSpaceCategoryID in the Reservations extent. Clients are much more interested in, what room did the guest actually stay in.
Technically, we can use the AssignedSpaceID, and go back through the Spaces extent to find out the AssignedSpaceCategoryID, but it would be cleaner if the Reservations extent itself contained both the Booked Category and Stayed Category IDs.

Program Card keys with a larger time window than official checkout time
Mews programmeert middels Ambiance de kaartsloten. De programmering is de exacte tijd van de reservering. Dat is onwerkbaar. Als checkout om 10.00 uur is kunnen kaarten niet stipt om 10.00 uur vervallen, dan staan constant alle gasten aan de balie omdat ze hun kamer niet meer inkunnen. Wij willen graag standaard: checkintijd -/- 2 uur en checkout tijd +2 uur. Kan dat aangepakt worden?

Manual push inventory on multiple accounts (channel manager or direct Booking.com)
Would be great to have a button where we can manually push inventory from Mews to all linked account (channel manager or multiple Booking.com ones). As of now we have to go on the Marketplace and each Booking.com account to do this manual push.
