They suggesting is to be able add additional email address and phone number in the Profile of the guest.

    To penetrate the top upscaled market, would it be possible to create multiple fields per contacts:
    - secondary email address to receive emails (i.e. personal assistant or travel agency like Virtuoso...)
    - relationship between profiles
