Privilege: Refunds
Refunding a transaction can involve sensitive processes and effect property revenue, which means that employees should use the upmost care as they give refunds to guests. With the addition of a user privilege, properties could restrict this action to be completed by only management or admin users. This could prevent mistakes in the future or help managers keep a closer eye on all refunded revenue.

I very much agree that this is critical. Charge cards and Refund cards should be 2 different rights to assign to users. This makes it possible for ADMINs to assign these reights to i.e. Managers or Reservation departments only.

Add an option 'Merchant refuding' under the workplace privileges.
This way per employee can be decided if he/she is allowed to do a Merchant refund. Now everyone can. -
