Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

It is highly appreciated to make the creation of E-Mail templates and design of invoices out of MEWS more comfortable, easier and more modern, also in the look and feel for invoicing and a preview of the created mail templates including a test-E-Mail function is really needed.
You create a template but you can not do a test mail immediately for each template out of the system to check what you have created….that really sucks….
Also the mail correspondences to guests are not saved in the profiles and can not be pre viewed before sending. A preview for all mails is necessary, also for mails which could not be customized completely. At the moment you don`t know what your customer will receive and you have to ask your client if he/she can send us the correspondence out of MEWS :-(
