Solve tasks by default when you cancel the reservation
When you cancel a group reservation, the tasks attached to one of the reservation will remain active. It would be helpful if tasks can be solved by default after you cancel the reservation

Tasks are remaining 'open' and so revert to 'missed' even though the reservation may have been cancelled ages ago.
Could we please have it so that Mews automatically closes all Tasks when a reservation is cancelled?

I agree it should be a prompt, not automatically

Sometimes a task is still relevant for a cancelled reservation. Therefore I see the need for this to be optional. A Y/N question when making changes to a reservation.

A prompt to ask if the user wishes to cancel the associated tasks to the reservation being cancelled would be great as well as an option if the reservation is being moved to also move the tasks relative to the new dates.

I even think it should be one step further, meaning when a reservation is updated also the task should update. So changing the arrival date would automatically change the task of that reservation.

Or at least get the option to cancel the tasks when cancelling a booking

when a task is linked to a reservation, once the reservation gets cancelled it should be an evidence that the task is also deleted. strange that this is not the case in mews it's not logic.

Solving the task(s) when the booking is canceled save time, help avoiding confusion and clean the tasks overview.

Yes, I also think tasks should be solved by default after you cancel a reservation.
