Yes, I had to stop using the availability blocks as our Front Desk and reservations teams would get so confused as to why it should plenty of rooms on the timeline and not on the availability screen.

Please consider this idea. It is very time consuming to have to remove and place back on the restriction, ESPECIALLY when simply checking a rate without needing to actually book it. It is also a risk to possibly miss putting the restriction back on.

Hello. We are starting to work on better visualization of restrictions in Booking engine. We do not have estimated delivery yet, but we believe first small increments to release in April or earlier.

This is an important feature to adjust. Many guests will see no availability and move on to looking for another property. I am sure this has lead to countless abandoned bookings for properties.

You are currently able to see the name of a the original guest who owned a bill before it was moved to a paymaster account.

We place many rooms OOO at one time due to occupancy, construction, renos, etc. Previously having a system that allowed bulk OOO having to individually process each room for each date is not efficient. This would be such a helpful update.

Agreed so that you can refer back to the employee if it was closed but not completed, etc.

A prompt to ask if the user wishes to cancel the associated tasks to the reservation being cancelled would be great as well as an option if the reservation is being moved to also move the tasks relative to the new dates.

This is important as it will give you an opportunity to reach out to the guest right away if you need to offer them a different category or to move them into a different category before that other category sells out. Especially important when you are almost sold out to not risk being oversold.
