Especially for those category overbookings it would be more helpful than only the red bars that are empty and you need to figure out, where it comes from..

This is very important to us !! Right now it just takes to long to figure out if there is a avalability block and then book it - it would be so much easiert to just show it on the timeline.

Ich verschaffe mir gerne vor Buchung einen kurzen Überblick in der Zeitachse, was an dem Tag los ist. Wenn man eine Buchung anlegen will, werden die Zimmer aus dem Block als nicht mehr verfügbar angezeigt. Ich sehe, dass einiges verfügbar ist, aber bei Buchung dann nicht mehr. Dann muss ich erst im Verfügbarkeitsblock nachsehen (und auf die Idee kommen, dass es daran liegt), ob dort was hinterlegt ist. Eine andersfarbige Anzeige des Blocks würde sehr helfen.

Yes, need a way to view availability at a glance. I would like to know how many of x room type is left to sell with a summary, not a long grid of individual spaces.

Hi. We would like to see a report where we can see all the expected rooms and guest for a specific date. Even if those are a within a group were we have not picked up the rooms yet (but the group is confirmed, but we have not put the name list pick up yet) and thoose were we have. In other words total rooms sold for a specific date. This is a list for housekeeping to know how many rooms they need to clean every day ( by date/ roomtype and number of guest per room )

The Timeline is such a great tool. We use it to have a first glance of what rooms are available in certain dates while we are helping guests booking reservations. I wish there was a way to see Room Blocks in the Timeline.

Precious time is waisted trying to figure out why we cant book a reservation on certain days just by looking at the Time Line.

This is important as oftentimes we cannot immediately see any changes made by general or revenue management and thus miscommunication or overbooking accidents can occur. If we can reduce the amount of clicks we need to access necessary information and have it in front of us in two seconds, that would be the best for our hosts.

Additionally: it is possible to overbook the hotel when there is a Availability block. Blocked rooms are not considered as reserved when you make a date change to an existing reservering. No red line appears in Timelinke. VERY CRITICAL!

Being able to see availability at a glance is vital for fast and efficient workflow.

Display availability blocks on timeline also assists other departments such as HSK, F&B & Kitchen with forward planning and rostering with a quick line of sight of upcoming stays

Being able to see blocks from the timeline leaves no room for error when checking availability. Its quicker, easy to read and you can clearly see your full availably at a glance. It takes 6 clicks to get to the availably screen for the dates you require, which is too long in our fast paced world.

A badge should show at the top of the timeline showing the total number of rooms on availability blocks not yet picked up (ie not yet showing on the room grid) - similar in style to the calendar events...

Makes customer experience much more enjoyable when we can quickly check availability for different rooms via the timeline and jump between dates. Makes it clearly visible for us

Being able to see the block allows us to advise enquiries on the availability for their dates faster and prevents us from having to look at reports to determine why it is restricted
