This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. Especially for those category overbookings it would be more helpful than only the red bars that are empty and you need to figure out, where it comes from..

Seems like a weird inconsistency glitch in the UI. It's there as long as it's future or present but then it's gone, once it's in the past. Even though especially then there shouldn't be any changes to it anymore..
