Hello from the Mews product team,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We have recently released a feature that allows you to view the mail queue for the individual guests from the Guest profile in addition to the usual mail queue.
You can access the mail queue on the guest level by selecting the guest dashboard and clicking on the mail queue icon on the top right hand side.
Please note that mail queue is currently visible to admin level users. We recommend that you consult your manager in order to access this functionality.

We would love for you to introduce us to the integration partner by directing them to https://www.mews.com/en/mews-marketplace-form where they can submit their interest to connect to Mews. We will then explain how they can user our open API and become a certified Mews integration partner.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We are happy to inform you that we currently support the functionality that allows you to view who updated and task and when.
In order to view the last user to update a task, select the task and view the “Updated” section at the bottom.
We look forward to your continued feedback and suggestions.

Hello from the Mews product team,
We are very happy to announce that we have added reservation details in the task section of the Mews mobile app!
You will now be able to view reservation details, as well as the room number of a reservation if there are tasks attached.
Selecting the room number will take you directly to the space where the reservation is currently assigned.

Also would be great if a task could be assigned to a room number in the mobile app and/or the desktop program, so not to a certain reservation. This would make more sense for housekeeping & maintenance
