It would be helpful if the search bar could also detect words or numbers that are written in the notes of a product.

Make product option 'offer to employee' visible in overview
In the overview of all the products we have in the additional and bookable services, I really miss a column that shows which products are visible for employees. Or a possibility to filter those products only.
Now I have to either enter each product to see if the option is selected or open a second screen as an employee to see what is visible.1 vote -
Product setup - Trigger a task when a product is added.
Products have the ability to send a message to an individual or department when created. It would be great to have the ability to automatically create a task as well. This would need to have their own notification fields of who to create the task for.

Kiosk check-in- Guest details
Due to New Zealands legal environment we cannot turn off the requirement for the details of every guest staying in a room when checking in via the kiosk.
As you can imagine if a guest books a three bedroom ********* for her and the children she doesn't want to spend all the time required to fill in details for each of her children just to proceed with the check in. We as a property also do not require this.
We no longer use kiosk for this reason as guests become too frustrated.

Create a Reservation with Product Bug
If you add a new reservation with a product . Firstly i add it with the Drop Down Product. Then mews adds the product price to the room rate in the editable field and below in the grey total amount. when i now edit the room rate it shows a second field with adtional product but my added product isnt shown the new rate is added with the local tay the right total amount. and now the bug comes when i now confirm the booking the additional product in may case a dog fee gets added. Extra beds
We highly request a function that allows us to have an inventory of all our extra beds in Mews, and that automatically keeps track of when/how many xbeds that are sold. To make sure that we don´t oversell them.
As it is today, we need to manually keep track of incoming reservations that needs xbeds, and put this in an excel document - this needs to be done several tims a week and it takes a lot of time and effort, when it should be a simple solution in the system.1 vote -
Conditional Display of Add-On Products Based on Rate Inclusions
Enhance the booking engine to intelligently display add-on products based on the inclusions of the selected rate. Specifically, prevent the display of the breakfast add-on when the chosen rate already includes breakfast.
Background:
Currently, our booking engine is configured to offer both rates including anf excluding breakfast, allowing guests to add breakfast as an optional extra if it is not included. This approach works well for rates not including breakfast. However, when a rate that includes breakfast is the only option presented, the system still displays breakfast as an add-on. Chat icon location
Since the new update a chat icon for mews support has been added in the left corner. With the computers in our hotel we can´t change resolutions which causes issues as the icon is blocking some of the tasks in reservation. Is there a possibilty to disable this icon per account or move it slightly?

Name Restrictions
I would like to be able to set my own name for the restrictions that would be visible to the reservations team when they are booking a reservation and want to check on why they are seeing a room as restricted.

Better overview
We desperately need a better overview of how many rooms are in use in each category.
Almost like the timeline but adjusted. Preferably something along the lines of: the hotel has 20 standard rooms, 12 are being used today.
