On the guest profile there should be a number which shows how often a guest has been in the hotel before

For marketing and sales purpose, but also to treat the guest the right way it would be lovely to have the total revenue produced by this guest. Ideally on an enterprise level. Even more important to see in which of the properties the guest stayed.

If the option to see the previous amount of nights in the hotel is displayed in Mews, the type of amenities which are given to the guest can change so that it is more likely that the guest will return to the hotel as part of a loyalty programm

It would be great to run a report whereby we could see the customer profiles that have made the most bookings. This way we could offer them rewards etc. for being such loyal guests.
