Undo booking cancellation
Once a reservation is canceled in Mews, unfortunately it must be recreated in case a guest decides they would like to stay. This can be inconvenient in case of no shows that must come the next day or reservations that may have been canceled accidentally. An additional feature to reinstate canceled bookings could help simplify these occasions as all booking details could be preserved and records would be unified.
This idea should be implemented as it is the most voted idea on the feedback page and is a basic feature of a PMS.

Yes please. It is quite useful to an option set-up for reinstating reservations which were cancelled or no-show.

Absolutely agree! I've worked in hotels for years and sometimes things happen. Sometime either the guest or staff might make an error and a reinstatement is necessary!! Its so frustrating and stressful to have to make a makeshift reservation in order to get a guest checked in.

Please add this function as well as allow to change the status of the reservation back to optional one one confirmed.
When re-instating a cancelled reservation, pls add the funtion whether to keep or not to keep previously confirmed rate.

The fact that you cannot reinstate a cancelled reservation is very bad for the system and a reason to consider ending my cooperation with it.

Definitely agree ! Worth it especially if you cancelled a group of 30 rooms with different room types... Time saver !

It would be great if the option for changing back a cancelled reservation to confirmed or tentative. Now you have to make a new reservation, it would be a time changer.
