Il faudrait pouvoir avoir une alerte lorsque l'on fait une résa et qu'on rappelle le profil d'un client black list, que le client n'est pas le bienvenue...

The order of the rates in the reservation screen cannot be customized/changed.
Problem:
The order of the rates in the reservation screen cannot be customized/ changed.The ordering in the rate settings refers to the order within the Rate Group and the way these are displayed on Distributor, but they don't refer to the way these are displayed on the reservation screen.
Solution:
The ordering in the rate settings should not only refer to the order within the Rate Group and the way these are displayed on Distributor, but they should refer to the way these are displayed on the reservation screen as well.12 votes -

Hide email addresses in the new message with guest function
I would like an option in my user profile to hide my email address for other members of my company. Those email addresses are visible in the chat with guests window.

Autofocus dashboard search box
To save users from an additional click, Mews could enable autofocus on the Dashboard search bar. This would automatically focus that input to that search, meaning that while users are on the Dashboard page, users could start typing and search would begin automatically.

Dispay round figures
During the rate setting we use round figures ( 99€ for one night) but when we use a discount of 10% for example, the rate for the room will show up on the website like this : 89.1€. This is not efficient.

Mews Native Channel Manager
Add Channel Manager to a product portfolio to reduce cost of using a 3rd party channel manager.
10 votesThanks for the submission. We have a direct integration with booking.com, and are considering some of the other major channels as well. However this is very time consuming in both development as well as maintenance. It is currently unlikely we'll be able to fully cover channel management like the channel managers today can.

Have a commission module to have the ability to track third party bookings commission (and very handy when it comes to verify accuracy of third party invoice and/or make amend where required)

The Notifications Window Should show at least a name or booking number.
The notifications window and the information "order created"is a bit pointless since it doesn't show any more information. In order to find out what order was created you have to click on order created and you will be send to the reservation. It would make more sense to at least show a booking umber or name in the notifications window next to order created.

Hello Mewsers,
Thank you for the feedback.
We are very happy to inform you that it is possible to print empty registration cards.
The feature can be set up from your registration card configuration settings. Under the “Options” menu, select “Print based on person count”. When this setting is enabled, you will be able to print an additional blank registration card for all reservations where companion details have not yet been completed.
