Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Invoice Screen
When we check out guests at the reception, it would be helpful if we could easily display the invoice digitally to the guest before checkout. The idea would be a button that would send the invoice view to a permanently installed iPad/screen for the guest. For example, you could select the right or left screen, and the invoice would then appear there. This could be achieved via a browser window.

Bericht na bevestiging door gast
Als gasten zelf hun optionele boeking definitief maken krijgen wij hier geen melding van.
Maar wij moeten hier soms nog acties op ondernemen zoals bijvoorbeeld een diner inboeken als ze een arrangement gereserveerd hebben.

Complex Hotkeys Customization
More complex hotkeys for example:
On the arrivals (ALT H) menu I should be able to set a hot that can take my mouse cursor to the "search". The reason being is that since the arrival list is not organised by alphabetical or by room number and have to resolve by doing a reservation search most of the time.
Also it will be good to toggle between the "filter" and "search" option with programmable hotkeys.

Give the option to remove the Service charge
It would be great to have the option to deactivate the service charge in additional services. Like a tick box where they could say if a service charge would apply or not.
This would eliminate that the user charges the service charge by accident, leading to postings in wrong accounting categories, eventually even wrong VATs.
Now with the new design where the service charge it is on top of all additional products, it is easier to fill in the service charge and forget about the product.6 votes -
Use search field to find Availability Blocks
It should be possible to use the search field to find all Availability Blocks by Name, regardless of status or pick-ups

Available rooms on opening screen
When you log into the PMS, it shows an occupancy chart and underneath how many arrivals, departures, etc there are for the next few days. However, it would also be good to show HOW MANY AVAILABLE ROOMS there are on each day for the next few days. And I mean rooms and NOT occupancy. So, if someone asks if we are fully booked or if there is availability in general, one can very quickly see that there are still rooms available before digging in further to see which rooms and room types are still free. Ideally and to be honest…
