It would be great to have a button to check-in the customer while we are on the bill windows
I ask for payment at the arrival, once the client has paid I have to close several windows to get to the check-in button. That would be great to have this button just after closing a bill.

Creating Notes in Tasks
When a note is created in a Reservation there are times that a corresponding Task must be created based upon the notes. These are currently two separate functions.
Example:
Note: Wedding Package
Task: Wedding Package, deliver chilled Champagne, cheese and crackers by 4pm, 6/21/21.It would be great if the Note section you had an option to create a corresponding task at the same time. Thereby insuring a specific note is not missed as a Task.

stop locking inhouse reservations
When moving a reservation from one category to another, one must first unlock to change the room category. Then the system assigns the room to a room in that category automatically, then we need to unlock the system again to move the guest to the room which we have already decided to move them to.
Can th the lock function not lock in when changing room categories as the process is not complete until we move them to the correct room. Or just make it that when you change room category that Mews does not assign any room to the…

Délogement
Pouvoir attribuer 2 chambres différentes pour un même séjour lorsque le client doit déloger et donc ne pas faire 2 réservations avec un Check out et un Check in!

Améliorer les devis pour les groupes
Les propositions que nous envoyons à nos clients pour les demandes de groupes manquent cruellement de clairté et de précisions.
Il faudrait travailler sur le sujet.
Que le client ait un récapitulatif par exemple :
Par date de séjour du nombre de logements proposé, à quel prix par nuit x le nb de nuits le total TTC et HT
idem pour les produits annexes.
date d'option, montant de l'acompte demandé, ou détail des conditions de réservation.Je vous remercie bien.

Kalender toevoegen bij "receptierekening" (= "losse gast" zonder kamer)
Wij hebben een "receptierekening" aangemaakt waarop wij lopende dingen boeken zoals fietsverhuur, cadeaubonnen verkoop, receptie shop artikelen. Er staan inmiddels heel veel regels op deze rekening. Wij scrollen ons rot. :-) Is het mogelijk om er een kalender aan te hangen. De lopende dingen van die dag zie je in beeld en mocht je iets van een andere dag willen zien dan klik je op het kalendertje om die dag in te kunnen zien.
Ik hoop dat dit duidelijk genoeg is. Ik heb met Stepan gesproken, hij weet volgens mij wat ik bedoel.Succes met deze "opdracht" :-)

Multiple UserType and UserGroup in the Json data of key cutter integration
Being able to have multiple UserTypes and UserGroups would allow us to add common doors on rooms that require it. Right now only one of each is allowed per key cutter resulting in guests needing assistance to check in vs kiosk

MAKE A LAYMAN LANGUAGE TO EXPLAIN THE THINGS AS NOT ALL OF THE REPRESENTATIVE ARE INTO THE MODERN SYSTEM....
KEEP THE NOTES WHERE A FRONT DESK DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCESS TO IT SO THAT WE KNOW ITS GONNA BE HANDLE BY THE MANAGER..
IT SIMPLY DOES NOT SHOW ANYTHING IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE ACCESS TO IT?? IT MAKES MORE CONFUSING....
