stop locking inhouse reservations
When moving a reservation from one category to another, one must first unlock to change the room category. Then the system assigns the room to a room in that category automatically, then we need to unlock the system again to move the guest to the room which we have already decided to move them to.
Can th the lock function not lock in when changing room categories as the process is not complete until we move them to the correct room. Or just make it that when you change room category that Mews does not assign any room to the guest.
The process is at the moment:
-unlock the reservation
-change category
-unlock the reservation (want to remove this)
-change automatic assigned room to the room which we will give the guest
-go into housekeeping status and hopefully remember the status of the room it was automatically assigned to as all rooms that has been through this process (even the automatic room that was never going to be used) changes to dirty no matter its prior status. and change them back to the status which they should be.
