Hello from the Mews product team,
We are very happy to announce that we have added reservation details in the task section of the Mews mobile app!
You will now be able to view reservation details, as well as the room number of a reservation if there are tasks attached.
Selecting the room number will take you directly to the space where the reservation is currently assigned.

Possibly bigger issue, instead of just having a filter, maybe have options on what you want shown on report?

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We are happy to inform you that we currently support the functionality that allows you to view who updated and task and when.
In order to view the last user to update a task, select the task and view the “Updated” section at the bottom.
We look forward to your continued feedback and suggestions.

An error occurred while saving the comment Niklas Wyckoff-Mähler commentedWhen making a space Out of Order, all reservations that are assigned to that space during the out of Order period should automatically be assigned to a different space. As of now we need to manually move each reservation during the period the room is out of order. This can be time consuming if the out of order room is one of the earlier automatically assigned space (bottom to top or vice versa) as Mews automatically allocates to the rooms.

An error occurred while saving the comment Niklas Wyckoff-Mähler commentedPlease add an option when you check in a guest that the rooms status changes to the one that the hotel desires. We have the option for checked in rooms to change to dirty. Why can't you add checked in rooms changed to clean?
As of now you have no function for linen change.
You have decided that the way linen change is to be used in your system is by having the status dirty on staying guests.
Cool and great, except you also force us either to: have linen change on the day after the guests arrive (by having the room change to dirty by check in) or having all rooms inspected changed to clean on the same night, with or without a guest staying there, which in turn makes us either have to check the rooms again for inspected status.
As I understand your help center and university. You expect and have decided for every hotel that uses your system that they will conform to your idea how a hotel should be run. Not every hotel does a linen change everyday, even if you want us too. I am not that thrilled that you and your system dictates how our hotel should run.
You don't need to put this in your voting system. Just please start looking at your QOL. I almost would prefer if your system did nothing and we had to do everyhting by hand than forcing us your lack of automation options.

it's 2022 and you still haven't figured this out yet. why the cheapest? why can't we choose? why must it be difficult to get a bit of QOL?
