The change in preauthorizations was released in 2022, unfortunately, we missed updating its status.
Now manually created preauthorizations through Mews Payments can be selected to expire up to 28 days from the creation day. Also, for automatically created preauthorizations Mews releases the preauthorization 24 hours after your property's configured check-out time. Hello, reservations longer than a year can be created through monthly bookable services functionality. The maximum length is restricted to 5 years.
In the coming months, the team will focus on improving the functionality for long stays (monthly reservations) and introduce pro-rating, flexible housekeeping and product posting.

Hello,
I’m happy to announce that it is now possible to create multiple bookable services in Mews and start offering offices, meeting rooms, desks or parking spots to your guests.
There is a dedicated timeline and reporting for each new service. Services can be offered on daily or overnight basis.
The process of creation of new bookable services is described in these two guides:

Dear Mews Customers,
I have a fresh update from our development.
Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)
