Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Please implement this function, a lot of request and calls from guest who are complaining about why we ask for credit card details because they already paid via paypal e.g.

We really need it! Especially yet, we are receiving so many short term bookings! We are a small company, we don't have a reception at the hotel and we cant track 24 hours the system. 6 pm we would like to end our day and don't want to receive any more bookings for the same day, because we need to ask for the reason of stay and the person can't just check in as before the corona crisis started...

We do also have this issue. For us it is very important that we have the email data. Otherwise guests doesnt receive any information about the check in. As we work without reception this causes a lot of trouble and guest dissatisfaction
