    We do also have this issue. For us it is very important that we have the email data. Otherwise guests doesnt receive any information about the check in. As we work without reception this causes a lot of trouble and guest dissatisfaction

    We really need it! Especially yet, we are receiving so many short term bookings! We are a small company, we don't have a reception at the hotel and we cant track 24 hours the system. 6 pm we would like to end our day and don't want to receive any more bookings for the same day, because we need to ask for the reason of stay and the person can't just check in as before the corona crisis started...
