Hi Mewsers,
if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.

Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

I am happy to announce that the payment request feature was released just now.
Payment request is friendly and convenient way how to collect payments from your guests or bookers. AnetaAn error occurred while saving the comment Sales commentedAlso - could offer a 'pay for existing reservation' link in distributor so if guests don't want to click a link on email (due to phishing potential) they can head to hotel website, open distributor and add a payment to an existing booking using the confirmation number & surname... COuld then eable hotels to offer a 'prepaid by installment' option. (nick.ellis)

Happy to announce that surcharging is released in Australia and New Zealand, now you can set up fees by yourself and recover expensive payment card costs!

You could use Tasks for this - create a new dept called 'Duty Log' and input a task with shift commentary - mark it as resolved straight away but then you can schedule a report to send next day filters for just duty log.... (NE)
