  2. Enable receiving reservations without a room assignment. Some properties are looking to assign their guests manually as they are specific about where they want their guests to stay.

  3. Develop PMS reporting package for US Properties that emulates similar reports found in Opera that can be printed, exported by property and accounting team. may or may not be integrated with a Back Office Accounting Software. This would include but not limited to:

    Income Journal
    Trial Balance
    Manager Flash Report
    Market Segmentation Report
    Deposit Posted Report
    HIgh Balance/Credit Report
    Corrections, Allowance & Rebate Report
    Transaction Report by Cost Center

  5. Option to mark the room, where HSK is currently in. So Front office can see where HSK is currently in and the Manager knows wehere they are (especially if they have more houses / villas or so on one property)

  6. To be able to easily copy and transfer 1 reservation between 2 properties in the same chain. for example when making farmouts from one property to another.

  7. Enable assigning specific rooms to the group block. Properties should be able to block specific room numbers for the group so that the groups are staying close to each other.

  8. Add A feature to relocate guests when overbooked.
    When pressing the button a pop up box appears where relocated hotel and rate at the other property needs to be filled.
    In case of multiple nights a box to select if the guest will return to the property. If selected yes move the reservation to tomorrows date with a classification in the profile.
    If no cancel the reservation after the action.
    Be able to run a report next day

  9. Properties in the US and Canada verify identification of each guest who have made a reservation. Mews doesn't support automatic verification of guests making contacless check-in natively in Mews not sufficient.

    There is no possibility of any information from ID to be scanned; or the identity of a guest verified upon arrival.

  12. We have multiple properties. When we want to manage the multiple properties at the same time we have to set up multiple browsers because when we change the property in one browser, all the other tabs change as well in the same browser. We would like to manage our properties without changing the other tabs when you change one tab from property.

  13. Having the function to run reports to be able to compare all the properties without having to export indivdually would be a great feature for operations and having an overriding dashboard function for these also so you are able to see your entire portfolio

  15. We would like to set a diffusive overbooking strategy without influencing the overall property occupancy, meaning that the guest will be able to always book the lowest category even though it is not available, untill all the highest categories are fully booked, without creating a total property overbooking. Summing up, we would like to separate the room type overbook (for example economy + 5) from the overall propoerty overbook (no overbook allowed at property level)

  16. Be available to remove from THE SPACES the rooms that are out of order and service, to concentrate more in the DIRTY, CLEAN AND INSPECTED.

    I don't want to know in the front page the OUT OF ORDER AND OUT OF SERVICE. I only want to see them when I go inside the Space Status.

  18. To include an option (at Property setup configuration) to enable/disable automatic filling of guest NIF with its ID when scanning a guest ID document.

  19. If the property offers e.g. 10 baby beds the product should only be bookable if one of the 10 beds are available.

    Second option would be that e.g. only 2 of the 10 double rooms have the space for an extra bed -> restricting on room count

  20. For properties, only the reservation manager has access to the Rate Management in Mews. So when employees are changing the rate of the booking, they will not be able to know what was the original price of the rate. They will only see from the action log the original rate and not the original price. Properties are pushing not just the original rate but also the original price of the rate in the action log without the products attached.
