Display reservations across properties in guest profiles
When working with multiple properties, it would save lots of searching when within the shared guest profiles you could see in which property the guest has a reservation.

Create your own category types under Space types
We would like to be able to select other types under Space types or create them ourselves.
As we are not a hotel but a holiday resort, we could use some space types like house and spa house.

Manager Report
Hi,
When I export the manager report, on the data sheet columns B & C have no titles, this is an issue when I am using power automate to inserts the rows from the manager report into a larger finance report for automation purposes because columns B & C have no titles they don't appear for me to insert that information which finance have told me they require.
Surely all report columns should have titles & this is something you can quickly add.

Routing Rules Multi Property
Applying routing rules to all properties within a portfolio

Mark the room housekeeping is currently in
Option to mark the room, where HSK is currently in. So Front office can see where HSK is currently in and the Manager knows wehere they are (especially if they have more houses / villas or so on one property)

Relocation functionality
Add A feature to relocate guests when overbooked.
When pressing the button a pop up box appears where relocated hotel and rate at the other property needs to be filled.
In case of multiple nights a box to select if the guest will return to the property. If selected yes move the reservation to tomorrows date with a classification in the profile.
If no cancel the reservation after the action.

enable new properties to transfer reservation data from old pms to Mews
Properties that are looking for a PMS switch want to keep the historical reservation and move them to Mews. Currently this isn't possible.

Admins (Product Champions) should be able to track open cases for their Portfolio
For bigger properties (chains) there should be a way for Admins or Product Champions to be able to keep track of their open Support Cases. This will be useful for admins who are managing large portfolios and need to have visibility over open Support Cases.

Transfer reservations & profiles between properties
To be able to easily copy and transfer 1 reservation between 2 properties in the same chain. for example when making farmouts from one property to another.

verify guests before they check in
Properties in the US and Canada verify identification of each guest who have made a reservation. Mews doesn't support automatic verification of guests making contacless check-in natively in Mews not sufficient.
There is no possibility of any information from ID to be scanned; or the identity of a guest verified upon arrival.

Split Commissions
As a property manager I would like to have the ability to associate multiple travel agents and their varying commissions with one reservation.

selecting multipe reservations on timeline
needed to allocate groups to specific floors or beds all together to specific rooms, it is very time consuming in big properties to move bed by bed across floors

Disable automatic room assignment
Enable receiving reservations without a room assignment. Some properties are looking to assign their guests manually as they are specific about where they want their guests to stay.

Multi select filters in space status report
Be available to remove from THE SPACES the rooms that are out of order and service, to concentrate more in the DIRTY, CLEAN AND INSPECTED.
I don't want to know in the front page the OUT OF ORDER AND OUT OF SERVICE. I only want to see them when I go inside the Space Status.

Multi-property with 1 email inbox
We have multi-property and 1 gmail account - payment failure notification emails are received without a property name so we have to go property by property to locate the booking which has a failed payment.
