Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered.  Thank you for sharing your suggestions.     Hi Mewsers,
    if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).

    Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.

    You can fix this by calling GetAllCustomers (where you can filter by email, first name, last name) and then fetch all companionships by Customer Id. Lastly you can load Reservations that already contain 3rd party booking number

    You (AFAIK) can't get a booking from an external reference, eg booking.com booking number 123ABC if you don't know the date.

    I fully agree, it's strange you can't search for bookings on booking.com ID.

    We’ve enabled these external payment types

    1. cash
    2. credit card
    3. invoice
    4. wire transfer
    5. bacs

    We are not considering any other extensions for now.

    To me it's strange there is no debit: This is the largest payment method in a large part of europe.

    To me this makes a LOT of sense: it is strange that only main bookers can retrieve their booking, eg in our app

    Hi there Mewsers!

    You’ve asked and we’ve listened.

    We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.

    Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.

    Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.

    We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.

    And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.

    We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!
