We do have a lot of messages and special things to be individually checked upon arrival or departure. We don´t have other systems in place for that since our previous pms had this integrated. We´re desperately craving for this ;)
That would be very nice, since we also offer digital check in an the customer can access his room with his mobile phone. We often get lists with phone numbers and we need them to offer our full potential of digitalization.
