    Would we ever consider prorating the minutes?

    For example: a check-in to an hourly SVC at 2:49:03p and check-out at 4:22:28p equals to about 1:33 mins. However, since we can only book full hours so the charge is accounted for 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm.

    **Perhaps also find a way to select "Send Invoice to Customer" within the Reservation Management Screen when managing individual checkouts.

    ** Another Scenario: in the future, find a way to create a placeholder for "Final Invoice" in the "After End" Template.

    Hi, we are currently working on ability to link both payments and charges (including additional products) to the reservation, and that reservation number will be populated in the Accounting report.

    Additionally, MEWS KIOSK:

    >>clients would like to also see the Pre-check-in Process included in the Mews Kiosk Guest Journey (Staff Mode) to allow FO agents to be able to receive guests prior to the room being cleaned and complete registration card. There should be a way for FO Agents to still be able to allow pre-registration in "dirty" spaces.

    Hi there Mewsers!

    You’ve asked and we’ve listened.

    We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.

    Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.

    Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.

    We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.

    And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.

    We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

    Not certain if this is already being considered but there has also been a request to display pertinent modifications such as changes to the EHW (both accounting and operational).

    _Same for inquired bookings._

    A possibility for admins to default to a "7-day release" --- especially for bookings made 6 months to 1 year in the future --- would be most befitting of many hotel's operations. The suggested release date (in those specific cases) does not always work advantageously since it seems to be about a median timeline.
