Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. We've made some exciting progress in how we're thinking about introducing multiple rates within a single reservation, and we need your help!
We’d love to understand your expectations regarding the behavior around rate mixing. Right now, we’re especially looking for insights from two key roles:
- Reservation managers / front desk staff who handle reservations daily

If we send a quotation email to a guest, after clicking the button to confirm, the system changes the reservation status to "confirmed" but doesn't ask the guest to provide his card details.
A reservation without payment cannot be considered a confirmed one, as we might not get payment from a guest at all.
We need a separate email template or the ability to change the button that would lead to the form with card details that a person must fill in to really confirm the reservation.
