Customize Payout Options
Can it be possible for properties to customize their payout options with Ayden Marketpay? There are instances where due to daily payouts we are unable to provide a refund to a guest and need to use our other payment gateway provider.

Bank Account change
Currently, if hotels have to change Bank Accounts for their payouts, they need to go through a lengthy process with Support to get this done. If the option is available in Mews directly, we could do it with one click. Of course only finance or admins should have this permission.

Deposits on manual payment types
When Mews automatically takes payment from credit card it will at the same time create debet and credit deposit transactions. Credit card payment will be closed with other transaction and other one stays open on the reservation with all the booked items. Would this be possible with all the manual payment types also? We need this feature for our book keeping to keep on track where the money comes from. And if these payments are not on closed bill it the will not be shown on the payment report as our accounting needs.

balanced bills not to be triggered
For offline or online reservations, with balanced bill due to another payment method than CC, the trigger should not try to charge the CC given by the guest.

Credit Card from guests sent to Mews via OTAs should also go through 3DS
The 3DS is currently enabled only for reservations made through the Booking Engine and Guest Portal. Ideally, when a guest books through an OTA, the OTA should send the credit card details to Mews, with those details also passing through 3DS for added security. At the moment, they are not as the card issuer bank can choose not to add this security layer.

Change the price of a room even after due date
We would like to be able to change the price of a room even after the day has passed. It would be really useful because sometimes we do some error in the pricing or even with our special fees for government or other. Right now, there's no ways to change it after the night was "spent" since it already has been "used". It's been bringing a lot of problems on our side when realizing during payment and not being able to change it.

Bills and Invoices
I would like to request an enhancement to the Finance - Bills and Invoices report. It would be helpful to include a section that displays both the amount of a bill and the total amount of all open bills. This additional information will aid in better tracking and management of our finances.

External ID from Munu visible in UI
The traceability from Munu (POS) to Mews is added in the API but there is no visual in Mews UI. Is it possible to make this field visible anywhere in Mews (for example Accounting report) or searchable in the search bar?

send proforma bill automatically 1 day before departure
I would like mews to send proforma bills to the guests automatically 24 hours/ or xxx time (to be determined per property) before departure, to avoid long time at check-out of reviewing items and solving potential problems quicker.

Chargeback Reserve Notification
I would like to be notified by Mews when my property's chargeback reserve has been updated. Having to check this on a daily basis is time consuming. I check it because there's currently no transparent way for me to forecast how much or when the next payout will occur. When the payout is impacted by a change in the chargeback reserve, regardless of whether the chargeback claims are won or lost, the payout can be negatively impact, affecting other financial accountabilities like payroll.

Removal of the MS* prefix on credit card statements (Stripe)
Currently there is this prefix on guests credit card statements: MS*
The MS stands for Mews Systems.
The hotel can configure what comes after the prefix (most likely the hotels name).This prefix is confusing and from my point of view not necessary. Therefore my strong suggestion is to remove it.
We are using Mews Pay with Stripe in the background.

Mews terminal Receipt e-mail sending
Hello
Would it be possible to add an e-mail icon beside the printer icon when you want to send a copy of the receipt of the payment made through the Mews terminal to the guest by e-mail.
For now we have to save it in PDF and then send it by e-mail.

Amex over apple wallet troubles
We accept Visa and MasterCard but not Amex cards. However, if customers use their Amex card via App pay, Mews payment initially accepts and checks this and only later rejects it. In the meantime, the amount appears to have been debited from the guest, which regularly leads to difficulties

Swish payment method
Swish is the leading payment method in Sweden used by 80% of the addressable population in both peer-peer payments but also widely used offline in B2C and as digital payment method (offered through partners such as Klarna or Adyen). Swedish hotels that have a large local customer base or for example sell a lot of gift cards would assume Swish is enabled also for Mews Payments.

Very happy to see the option to reinstate cancelled bookings.
However, Options should still be reinstated as Options, not FUTURE BOOKINGS please.Thank you!
