Adding additional placeholders to emails
We would like to add those additional placeholders:
{CompanyAddressLine2}
{CompanyPostalCode}
{CompanyCity}
{CompanyCountry}
{DateGroupCreated}
{GroupArrivalDate}
{GroupDepartureDate}
{SpaceCategorySummary}
{SumAdultCount}
{SumTotalPrice}
{ConfirmationNumber}
{RequestedCategory}
{AdultCount}
{ChildrenCount}
{Rate}
{Products}

I totally agree. This is crucial for designing our own email template in our own style. We're also missing the following two:
- Room type (without room number)
- The guest's full title, so "Mr." and "Mrs." instead of "Mr." and "Ms." This is very impersonal. -

We would like to have full flexibility and control of the templates, especially the content related to {DetailsHtml}

The current placeholders are extremely limited. Especially being forced to use the Mews formatted booking details component. It does not match our branding or email style at all and looks extremely out of place.
I agree with there being a need for most of the proposed placeholders in this thread.
Please add these, especially those pertaining to basic reservation details.

"Besides such placeholder, ideally being able to actually influence the {DetailsHtml} with regards to formatting is perhaps more important"
This is critically important - our email formatting and hard work building HTML templates is pointless if the details come out with MEWS formatting (font size, font etc)

Being able to use {ServiceName} instead of {CompanyName} would really make sense, for those of us managing multiple properties in one Mews environment!

The comments show that the existing placeholders are not sufficient, especially for confirmations of group reservations and also for individual reservation confirmations, and that there is a great desire for additional placeholders.
Sometimes there are also missing placeholders, which could be derived from existing information. Currently, for example, the placeholder "Sehr geehrte" or "Sehr geehrter" is missing. This could be derived from {titlePrefix}. It would be helpful if the user could create placeholders and define the content with a formula. So for example many more text modules could be created individually and mail templates could be automated better.There are always situations in which a reservation confirmation should be individually adapted to the guest. Furthermore, there is currently no possibility to check a mail before sending it to the guest. It would therefore be helpful to have a mail preview before sending, which could be adjusted manually.

Adding the a placeholder "confirmation number" in the Before start email would help guests to check in via Kiosk (who dont want or can use the QR code).

In addition with all those comments,it could be very helpfull for us to have a placeholder for the name of the reservation/front office agent sending the mail. It would allow us to personalize at the best our communication with the guest.

Currently guests will be directed to Trip Advisor with {shareExperienceHtml} to leave a review but it should be an option to direct guests to Google reviews as well.

In order to be able to create clearer and more accurate quotes for the groups, we should be able to see the following information displayed thanks to the following 18 placeholders:
GroupName {}
{} CompanyAddressLine1
{} CompanyAddressLine2
{} CompanyPostalCode
{} CompanyCity
{} CompanyCountry
{} DateGroupCreated
{GroupArrivalDate} (Arrival date
{GroupDepartureDate} (Departure date
{} SpaceCategorySummary
{} SumAdultCount
{} SumTotalPrice
{} ConfirmationNumber
{} RequestedCategory
{} AdultCount
{} ChildrenCount
{Missed}
{Products}These new placeholders should allow the summary of a group quotation to avoid the display of several detailed pages room by room as well as the sending of an email per room.
