    We also need access to more placeholders in emails. For example, we cannot send MEWS confirmation emails to channel reservations because they show the commission amount as we are limited by the existing placeholders

    This is essential for packages - we need a way to properly allocate revenue without manual intervention by accounting at end of month

    This is a very important feature - specifically the need to set a minimum lead time on a product (i.e only can purchase if check in is greater than 24 hours from booking time). Properties need lead time to co-ordinate special experiences

    "Besides such placeholder, ideally being able to actually influence the {DetailsHtml} with regards to formatting is perhaps more important"

    This is critically important - our email formatting and hard work building HTML templates is pointless if the details come out with MEWS formatting (font size, font etc)

    Hi MEWS Team, this is a critically important feature to operate a truly autonomous guest self-check in journey. This feature already exists for online check out, it would just be a matter of replicating for online check in.

    With automatic check in enabled for everyone (the only current workaround) - no show reservations are automatically checked in which prevents us from re-selling inventory that is now available. It is also very awkward for our onsite team to not know if a room is truly occupied (since everything would be auto-checked in even with no guest present).

    Without this feature, it is not possible to use MEWS online check in for a truly autonomous guest journey and we are required to use 3rd party (non MEWS) online check in journeys
