Allow changing colors of placeholders
When changing colors of placeholders, it still appears blue on gmail accounts. Would be great to allow the change of color to apply across all apps to make it more consistent with overall branding for each property

Improve SMS messaging
The SMS Service Add on Subscribtion is a good Idea, but it might can be improved as following:
1.) The way this product add-on is being priced is not a good fit for smaller hotels. Why can't there be pure pay-as-you go model, maybe with a higher individual SMS charges, but only on the acutal volume sent? I mean, the cary over that remains from the 50 € each month for us cannot ever be consumed...
2.) Track clicks: currenty there is no way to know if the sent sms messages are actually improving online check-in rates. It would be…3 votes -
Bookable Period
Would be nice if in the invoice description at the place of night will be overnight ( as german description as Nacht -> Übernachtung).
This is at the moment not possible, this"words" come from the service hard coded information and this are the only available options at the moment: night, day, Month and hour.1 vote -
Show alerts to inform about importan information to guest
It would be great if relevant information for specific times can be shown as an alert message in the booking engine.
Guest searches for a room during a certain periond and a message is getting shown, which is triggered by an either defined date range for the time of booking or time of stay.
This would be helpful for:
-restaurant closures during the time the guest does stay
-renovations going on in the hotel
-certain hotels services are not available during the staying period
-could also be used for advertising special events in the hotel3 votes -
Allow guests to edit personal data in new guest portal
Since the new guest portal release, once a guest has checked in they are no longer able to edit their personal details including phone number or credit card.
I'm not sure why this feature was removed? If a guest adds their info at the time of booking, it would be helpful if they can amend their own data if things were to change closer to their arrival time.3 votes -

Nationality information
It would be good that "Nationality" field is mandatory when booking online on MEWS Booking Engine. This makes it easier to organise statistics report at the end of the month

The Logo in the E-Mail templates is very small, so that you sometimes can only barely be able to see it.

Gästekartei mit allen Gastprofilen nach dem Alphabet
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass alle Gästeprofile im System aufzufinden sind in einer Gästekartei. Somit kann man den vielen doppelten Profilen entgegenwirken und leichter die Profile zusammenführen ( da man direkte Daten abgleichen kann, ob es sich um die selbe Person handelt)

Pictogram and accomodation type
We would like to submit a few modifications regarding the Mews Booking Engine, which is used by a variety of hotels with different concepts.
Choice of pictogram: We would like each user to have the option to select a pictogram based on the type of accommodation they manage, for example, a "house" pictogram instead of "bunk bed."
Clarification on pricing: Below the price, it currently states "per room/per night." We request that this be changed to "per accommodation," and this should also apply in all languages version. Or give the possibility to choose if we want it per room or…

Option to exclude rates from registration cards for travel agency and other third-party bookings
The rates on registration card shouldn't appear for the bookings made through travel agency or any other third-party bookings. When we choose to show the rates on registration card and print all the card from reservation overview the rates appear for the all category of booking. Please assist with the same.

Show that room is still occupied in check-in screen
the employees at the front office who process early check-ins and therefore check the room status often start the check-in process because the room status is inspected, yet only because the room is not yet checked out. Only at check-out room status moves to dirty.
Unfortunately, the pop-up on the tablet (Kiosk in staff mode) that the room is not ready for occupancy only comes after the guest has entered their data and signed.
Would be great if there would be a sign if the room is still occupied, in the check-in screen or if the room moves to dirty…

Additional phone numbers & emails & whatsapp in guest profile
When merging guest profiles, only one phone number and one email is saved. Some guests use different phone numbers and emails for different purposes. We need the ability to consolidate all the guest's information on one profile. Also, a whatsapp option would be great to have. Thanks!

Request guests' home location when booking
Add an address field in the booking engine so we can understand where our guests are coming from. Also helps with marketing efforts. If the PMS can then take this data and create a report showing states/countries that had the most amount of guests, that would be amazing.

Hotel Logo should be clickable to lead to hotel homepage
When people are entering from e.g. Google Hotel Ads the landing page is always the distributor link (technically it is not possible to link the ads to the widget integrated booking engine)
Problem then is that users can not go to the homepage of the hotel directly.
It is a learned & normal website usability that logos are clickable and lead to the homepage if a website.
For me it is a must have.
