  2. Actually when settle a POS bill on a Guest account in Mews, Mews POS-Bizzon show gthe Name of guest on screen. To make sure this is gthe right person who wkill be charge. When guest has signed on tghe screen, the bill is posted on his room account and a Pro-Format ticket is been provided for reception.
    Reception store the ticket in the folder of the guest, but can not really controlled the Name of the guest.
    And when you have 2 guest in a room who seperated bills, you can charge from the POS on the right folio on…

  3. Improving the connection between Mews POS and PMS to allow for F&B products such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner packages to be sent to POS. This will help improve efficiency so that the F&B team can create forecasts with information in one place.

  5. It would be great to add "mandatory fields" in Bizzon Backend. Yet you can create an item without selecting a category. This causes errors as a category is needed to send it to the financial / ERP System

  6. Today, customers are not notified by a push alert when their order is ready. In addition to the written message on the DO (Delivery Order) interface, it would be great to have the option of sending a push notification to the customer's mobile device.

  7. When an Company comes to our restaurant just for lunch and dinner, and they want to have bill send to Cie for payment. You HAVE to create an GUEST account making it PAYMASTER.
    Then in PMS, you need to connect that paymaster to the Cie, to be able to send the bill.
    Have you got a easiest way to do, or more complicated ? :)

  8. We don't use the POS right now because as far as i'm aware the list of products needs to be maintained both in the POS and in MEWS. Having the POS pull a list of products from MEWS would be a key feature for us to consider using it.

  10. Add the possibility to choose a delivery slot on Digital Ordering, so that non-immediate deliveries can also be managed by Mews POS.
    Eg. A delivery for tomorrow evening, or for later the same day.

  15. Some clients, especially those less tech-savvy, are reluctant to adopt mobile POS solutions (handhelds).

    One reason is they think it looks unprofessional or too "techy" from their guests' point of view.

    The other reason has to do with staff behavior at work.
    The Bull (hotel in the UK), asked to lock the device so that it can be used only for the POS app, at least by the cashiers. Managers would have a passcode to go outside the app and do other things, but frontline staff needs to access only the POS app.

  17. add the payment in the POS MEWS so that we can invoice a product and charge the customer directly (for the bar, the restaurant...).
    Can also be used with the TPE MEWS for direct billing.

  18. The notifications window and the information "order created"is a bit pointless since it doesn't show any more information. In order to find out what order was created you have to click on order created and you will be send to the reservation. It would make more sense to at least show a booking umber or name in the notifications window next to order created.

  19. Supporting a bar code reader integration. The property wishes to scan products with bar codes.
    They would like to scan physical product such as ''bottle of wine'' and it would automatically add to the guest's bill.

  20. When cancelling a product from Orders, the status changes to cancelled, however, no reason is provided.
    It is confusing for a reception as they might not understand why some items were cancelled.
