In the timeline it misslead the reception staff and events team when the pickup is not done on the availability block, and this situation leads to unecessary errors and misinformation. Also after the pickup being done to be visible on the timeline, every time you add a deposit of each guest it goes to the main profile associated to the booking when it was made the pickup, and you have to go to that billing and change the owner to the correct person. Also the process to find the booking on the reservations overview is more dificult when the pickup is made all with the same name (that has to be done to be able to be visable on the timeline). Would be great as well to be able to see on the timeline everytime you have a voucher for the full hotel from a specific date, so the reception or the events team don't give availability when there is not, because the full hotel is to be reserved by the voucher. Also it would be great if it would be visible on the timeline when we close sales for specific dates (it does not show any information on the timeline when you close sales).

It looks in the timeline that we have rooms available. But there is availability blocks that's not shown in the timeline, it is miss leading and the front desk can think there is availability but actual there is no rooms available due to the availability block.

Would be helpful if the block could be shown in the timeline with a link to the actual block.

This is crucial to us too, especially as optional bookings can be seen on the timeline.

Especially for those category overbookings it would be more helpful than only the red bars that are empty and you need to figure out, where it comes from..

Show availability blocks in the calendar overview also if they are not booked yet. This is very important to have a correct overview about the rooms that are still available. Otherwise you have to check severel tabs before confirming that a room is really available and not already blocked in the background.

Ich fände es hilfreich, wenn bestehende Verfügbarkeitsblöcke in der Zeitachse mit angezeigt würden. Ich verschaffe mir gerne vor Buchung einen kurzen Überblick in der Zeitachse, was an dem Tag los ist. Wenn man eine Buchung anlegen will, werden die Zimmer aus dem Block als nicht mehr verfügbar angezeigt. Ich sehe, dass einiges verfügbar ist, aber bei Buchung dann nicht mehr. Dann muss ich erst im Verfügbarkeitsblock nachsehen (und auf die Idee kommen, dass es daran liegt), ob dort was hinterlegt ist. Eine andersfarbige Anzeige des Blocks würde sehr helfen.

Yes, need a way to view availability at a glance. I would like to know how many of x room type is left to sell with a summary, not a long grid of individual spaces.

Right now the allotment of availability blocks does not display in the calendar view. There should be some sort of way to inform the user visually (maybe a number next to the room type?) that an availability block has been allotted on a certain date.

Hi. We would like to see a report where we can see all the expected rooms and guest for a specific date. Even if those are a within a group were we have not picked up the rooms yet (but the group is confirmed, but we have not put the name list pick up yet) and thoose were we have. In other words total rooms sold for a specific date. This is a list for housekeeping to know how many rooms they need to clean every day ( by date/ roomtype and number of guest per room )
