This is critical and is a frustrating aspect that isn't there. We work 98% from the timeline and not being able to see blocks quickly and easily is a nightmare. Also not being able to quickly add them from the timeline wastes so much time and effort.

Colours and symbols are visually very helpful in busy environments. They can instantly convey information that, otherwise can be very time consuming to find for each booking. Introducing colour indications would transform the timeline to a really useful tool, providing immediate, high-impact insights for the front office and reservations teams.
EG:
• Payment Status (e.g., prepaid, pending, partially paid, failed)
• Booking Source (direct, OTA, agency, corporate) OR at least have symbols on OTA or agent bookings
• Group bookings
• Rate Type / Package (standard, non-refundable, special offer)
This would significantly speed up decision-making during busy shifts, reducing the need to open reservations one by one, and enhance the usability of the timeline to its best
