Why are so many mewsers asking to set several rooms into OOO with no answer to this issue?

With 533 Rooms, it takes hours to set rooms into OOO Individually and is more than time consuming in daily business, when we are supposed to focus on the guests experience.
This feature is more than critical for our business, specially when there is a critical technical issue etc.

We have 422 rooms, when doing repairs - renovations - big groups arriving and early check-ins guaranteed. Would be good to have the bulk option + return housekeeping status that can be selected. Out of service should also be an option to apply on 1 specific day in the future(not starting as of today).

Have the ability to block OOO/OOS for multiple space based on floors and features (for instance all room on the first floor, or all rooms facing xx view. or at the very least the ability to tick multiple space at once to create OOO

I need to put rooms out of order this way: every Sunday and Monday until end of the year. + every Tuesday until march.
For the moment I need to close room by room (81 rooms), choosing the dates and all... It takes ages. So I do not do it and I must rely on external software to manage my actual availability, ADR and all.

And it will take, I bet 3 more years, to get the feature (as it is asked since 2019 already). Only, of course, if you are willing to sign a new contrat that double the costs of the previous one. Otherwise, you get nothing.

Very important and necessary feature to have.
You should give priority to this as it's a time consuming process mainly for big hotels.

Urgent need to win efficiency and time when blocking multiple rooms / floors!

Yes please prioritize bulk blocking of rooms. Also possibility to block occupied space and as well an option to choose a return status "Inspected" or "Clean" once the blocked day ends. This is very important for housekeeping.

We place many rooms OOO at one time due to occupancy, construction, renos, etc. Previously having a system that allowed bulk OOO having to individually process each room for each date is not efficient. This would be such a helpful update.
