Specific Room Assignment in the Group Blocks
Enable assigning specific rooms to the group block. Properties should be able to block specific room numbers for the group so that the groups are staying close to each other.

Include multiple bookable services (ie. room and parking) in 1 email
We wish to be able to send 1 email (confirmation etc) for multiple bookable services as one. So if a guests books parking at the same time as their room, both services should be included in the same email. This is ensure a clear communication to the guest, without the need of spamming them with multiple emails for each service.

Register denials
Upon not finishing a booking, having mews register the reason for not completing the reservation.
Registering the "missed" reservations and the quantity and reason could help sales optimize potential revenue.
This could be done with a small box saying what is the reason for not completing the reservation? (price too high, no availability, test booking etc)1 vote -
Product Report: Deleted Products / Filter Categories
When opening the new product report, and then selecting the service type, the report SHOULD automatically provide only the product categories attached to this service type.
Then, upon selecting or deselecting the category, the products listed should be ALL ACTIVE products, and not 'some' deleted products and some active products, and it definately should not an INCOMPLETE list of products.
Alternatively, in the product details, one should be able to designate the product to be 'listed' or 'unlisted' in the product reports default setting.
Speed in combination with paperless is of essence; and when "all products" is selected, it occurs…

Change PAX on inhouse reservations
What we would like is to be able to change the PAX on a nightly basis.
E.g.
"Guest A" has reserved a room for 5 nights. On night 1,2,3 Guest A stays in the room alone. Night 4 & 5 "Guest B" will join "Guest A" in the same room.
As for now we have no possibility to change the amount adults/children since there's already products that has been consumed previous nights. (breakfast --> via product rule)

One confirmation for hotel rooms and meeting rooms
At this moment, it is not possible to send one confirmation to the guest/company that includes both hotel rooms and meeting rooms as they are two different bookable services.
It would be great if one confirmation can be send that includes hotel rooms and meeting rooms.

Adjusting length of the e-mail queue
Please adjust the length of the e-mail queue to one year. I can look back for four months, but we book one year ahead. So this means that for most of my guests, I cannot see the confirmation e-mail. If the guest does not have it themselves, I cannot prove that and what they booked with us (which is very awkward as you can imagine).

Es wäre schön, wenn im Reservierungsüberblick auch die Firma des Gastes aufgezeigt werden könnte. Auf diese Weise sieht man auf einen Blick, welche Anreisen/Abreisen/Bleiben zusammen gehören.

Create task for item added by customer during booking process
Currently the option "create task when added by customer" for stay items is only triggered when the guest adds this after they have completed the booking process. However, a task should be created each time a guest adds this item. Even during the booking process as certain orders or actions need to be taken so we can ensure that the item added can be guaranteed to the guest upon check-in.

Have a separate cancellation policy for group reservations where multiple rooms are concerned.
Currently, if a reservation is for multiple rooms, the cancellation policy remains the same as that of the rate group for which they were booked. It would be better, and easier to mitigate the risk of losing of a multi-room reservation, if there was an option of another cancellation policy being available once a minimum number of rooms have been reserved. This would allow us to change the cancellation period, meaning that they have to provide us with more notice of cancellation.
