Il faudrait pouvoir avoir une alerte lorsque l'on fait une résa et qu'on rappelle le profil d'un client black list, que le client n'est pas le bienvenue...

Dispay round figures
During the rate setting we use round figures ( 99€ for one night) but when we use a discount of 10% for example, the rate for the room will show up on the website like this : 89.1€. This is not efficient.

Link 2 different reservations
Sometimes clients book 2 consecutive nights through 2 different means. It would help the communication with housekeeping if the reception was able to "link" the 2 reservations together so it is clear that the same person stays in the room. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an automatic detection of this kind of things, like a notification warning us that a reservation has been made with a similar name a day before or after.

Mews Native Channel Manager
Add Channel Manager to a product portfolio to reduce cost of using a 3rd party channel manager.
7 votesThanks for the submission. We have a direct integration with booking.com, and are considering some of the other major channels as well. However this is very time consuming in both development as well as maintenance. It is currently unlikely we'll be able to fully cover channel management like the channel managers today can.

When using "add another reservation" it should be possible to change guest/customer name. Instead of adding rooms for same person

Thank you for sharing your request with us. It is currently possible to add a new guest profile when adding another reservation to an existing group.
In order to do this, you can click on the add another reservation button > Mews will pre-fill the date range and open the second step of the new reservation screen > In the customer section select the "X" to remove the current profile that has been pre-filled and add the name of the new customer you would like to add. This will create a new reservation with the name of the new customer to your group.

Show support history in customer communications
It is a real shame, that in your support email replies you cannot include at the bottom the initial requests which shows a detailed explanation of the issue submitted.
So one has to always dig back to find out what one originally said in a previous email. With several tickets open this can get really confusing.

Option for mandatory User-Two-factor authentication
Currently a user can set a Two-factor authentication for his/her account.
I would like to see an option in the employee settings to force Two-factor authentication for specific accounts. (tick box or similar)
We would use this for all admins and user with many rights as they are sensitive.

Add another default response when a room cannot be booked for one night but is available for multiople nights
Frequently a guest may be searching for a one night stay and if no one night stay options are available for room the default response in Mews is "the room is not available". It would be more accurate to respond that "the room is only available for 2-nights, 3-nights, etc" The guest would at least know there is option to stay if they opt for more nights but the current default response implies that there is no availability and if they had known there was option for multiple nights it is possible they would book the room.

Emails automatiques pour les groupes (blocs)
Lors de la création d'un bloc de réservation (bloc de disponibilité), il faudrait que l'on puisse envoyer des email automatiques au Booker : Devis + rappel d'échéance. De la même manière que les réservations individuelles.

Sort name search results by recent
When looking for a name in the search bar, the results are shown in alphabetical order. It would be way more convenient if the client profiles where sorted by closest reservation in time.
That way, when typing "Smith", you'll first get Mr Smith that has a reservation tomorrow or Mr Smith that just left last week-end and not Adam Smith from 4 years ago.19 votesHello from the Mews product team.

Be able to click on guest name or other parts in task description to direct to the reservation or bill the task applies to
Currently when there is a task i.e. saying a payment request was missed, one has to copy paste the name of the guest to search for the actual payment request. A direct link would be better
