This problem even has a more critical problem: when someone wants to book for 1 adult and 2 children, the system offers 2 rooms. This cannot be possible as a child is not allowed to sleep alone. Therefor this problem is critical.

Additionally: it is possible to overbook the hotel when there is a Availability block. Blocked rooms are not considered as reserved when you make a date change to an existing reservering. No red line appears in Timelinke. VERY CRITICAL!

When a family is booking online, the booking engine doesn’t currently cater for validate the age of guests within a room. This creates invalid reservations with children and/or babies staying alone in a room. This requires a solution I believe.

I fully agree this needs to be developped - not only a guest name per room but also the option to include/not include these guest email adresses. Sometimes a booker simply wants to book and add guest names but without their email address because they want to inform them about the business trip via other communications.

Besides that; all users can change a date of an existing reservation while the room type is not available/sold out. Also here a date change should not be possible or at least requires a warning message. This is very critical.
