Great idea, it could also help with fighting chargebacks as guests have seen exactly what they are paying for and agreed by clicking the payment link. Also avoids payment requests being sent for the incorrect value if it can be connected to the invoice (keep the manual payment requests in case of part payments etc.)

We filter by department, would be really helpful for these tasks to assign to a department or person as currently there is no way to filter for unassigned tasks

Unfortunately the automatic assignment for beds is missing many considerations and is very time consuming to re-arrange. Ideally improvements would be made to the auto assignment but with the current assignment some properties may find it faster to manually assign the beds.

Dear Mews Customers,
I have a fresh update from our development.
Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)

Yes, it would be extremely helpful as we have some products with a limited number and run into issues if oversold the products during booking or online check-in.

Agree! We have a huge issue with selling products online which only apply to a certain space category. Often we then need to reverse charges to correct. It is really important that we can offer certain products to certain space categories.

Agree, currently if a guest adds these products or if the team sells them we have to do the additional step of manually adjusting the arrival or departure time. It would be great to have this linked.

Agree, it would be handy to be able to select multiple rooms or beds at once and drag to the same area on the timeline.

Yes this would save so much time and avoid manual errors. Currently if we need to split a future reservation we need to create a new reservation match segment, rate code, rates etc. and amend the current reservation end date. Splitting reservations is a common practise, perhaps a large group is coming during the stay so the guest needs to change rooms, or the guest is wanting to upgrade the space category but only for part of the stay.

This would save so much time, currently we have to add comments on each reservation.
To avoid having too many symbols visible maybe allow the property to set which symbols are important for them to view.Sam supported this idea ·

Sometimes the corporate voucher rate is actually more expensive than the public rate so we do not want guests to see the public rates, only the rate attached to their voucher.

Yes, when purchasing most things online you need to enter your postcode and this is verified that it matches the registered address on the card. We should have the same thing to help avoid chargebacks.
