An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Smit commentedHow about add a filter in the Space Status where you can filter to see if any rooms have been marked as Legionella. Currently, you have to export the Space Status Report to see the Unchanged Space Legionella marked. Possibly also mark this on the Space Status Report Dashboard that lists all the rooms. It needs to be more visible for users to see.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Smit commentedWe need to have the capability to have multiple rates to a reservation. Example, a weekday guest may book a BAR rate but wants to book a special promo rate on the weekend. Currently, the solution is to book two separate reservations or extend the existing reservation and make manual adjustments on specific days. This is a manual process and would like to see this automated.

It would be great if we had the ability to allow the guest to actually process a walk-in guest saving the front desk time. This would require preauthorization for US clients or an option to pay in full at time of walk-in.

This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Smit commentedThis is a necessary feature for US properties where tax exempt rates for government employees and contractors on business can be easily done without manually posting of adjustments by the front desk. These rates should be derived from a base rate so they can be revenue managed like other rates.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We have recently released a feature that allows you to view the mail queue for the individual guests from the Guest profile in addition to the usual mail queue.
You can access the mail queue on the guest level by selecting the guest dashboard and clicking on the mail queue icon on the top right hand side.
Please note that mail queue is currently visible to admin level users. We recommend that you consult your manager in order to access this functionality.

How about add a filter in the Space Status where you can filter to see if any rooms have been marked as Legionella. Currently, you have to export the Space Status Report to see the Unchanged Space Legionella marked. Possibly also mark this on the Space Status Report Dashboard that lists all the rooms. It needs to be more visible for users to see and for Housekeepers to act upon as all they see is Dirty Status and this may not be a full clean. Better productivity.
